Welcome to RAY! We strive to ensure that your child have a pleasant experience at every stage of the learning journey with RAY. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) set our commitments to you and your child, and your obligations to us, so that learning can be achieved to everyone’s satisfaction.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before the completion of your child’s enrolment to our programmes. Full and complete booking is regarded as your acceptance to comply with our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

1. Registration and Enrolment
Your child’s enrolment into our programme is confirmed only upon the registration on RAY’s website (“Our Website”), and the full payment of the programme fees. RAY reserves the rights to update our instructor allocation, and curriculum content that is deemed necessary or appropriate.
Full payment is made by credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express. at the end of the online registration, and an automated email confirmation of the booking is sent to you.

2. Refund Policy
All arrangements are rendered, and expenses are fully incurred prior to the commencement of each programme. Once the enrolment of your child has been completed and online payment made, no refund will be allowed. This policy applies to situations in which your child fails to attend the programme either in part or in full.

3. Withdrawal Policy
If your child is unable to participate in the enrolled programme, you may transfer the enrolment to another participant. Your withdrawal (and transfer) requires a notice in writing and must be sent to contact@rayeducators.com.sg. The participant replacing your child is subjected to the same T&Cs and any other programme requirements that apply to all other participants.

The transfer of enrolment must be made 14 working days prior to the commencement date of the programme. All relevant information of the new participant must be furnished and enrolment details (including indemnity forms) completed to effect the transfer. RAY reserves the rights to disallow the transfer. Additional fees may apply if there are extra costs incurred for the transferred-in child.

4. Programme Cancellation
In the event of low sign-ups. RAY reserves the right to cancel the programme. We will notify the parents 7 working days prior to the commencement of the programme. The paid fees will be reimbursed in full either by credit card or fund transfer. 
In the event of a public health lockdown or medical emergency, or situations that require RAY’s programme to be discontinued by relevant Singapore authorities, RAY will not be obliged to refund all or part of the fees for any period of closure. RAY will make arrangement, where practicable, to ensure continuity of the programme activities, failing which, course credit notes will be issued to you. The credit notes will have a validity period of 12 months (beginning from the commencement date of the class).

5. Safety
We take our duty of care and your child’s safety very seriously. In the event of an accident or illness, we will administer first aid and all necessary medical assistance to your child. This includes seeking medical emergency services and ambulance transport if necessary. In such event, RAY will bring your child to the nearest hospital or clinic. Parents will be notified immediately. Medical expenses and any other related costs incurred by the student will be borne by the parents.

RAY will endeavour to take care of your child’s safety with our best effort. However, Ray accepts no liability for any mishap or personal injury sustained or suffered by the child while providing its services. Ray will also not assume responsibility for the supervision of the students outside of the stipulated programme periods. It is recommended that students arrive and be picked up punctually for the programme. Your enrolment in RAY’s programme is deemed full consent to our Safety Policy.

6. Medical Conditions
You are obliged to inform RAY and the educators of any pre-existing medical condition(s) and allergies your child has, that requires dedicated attention.
All indemnity forms must be signed and submitted to RAY during the process of enrolment. RAY reserves the right to exclude your child from participating in activities that may adversely affect your child’s medical or health conditions. Your child’s safety and well-being are our utmost priority.

7. Students with Special Needs
RAY strives to provide full participation for each child, so that every participant can have fun in the activities. The needs of each child differ. RAY’s policy is to cater to the needs of all children where practicable. We request parents with special needs to advise and consult RAY prior to booking so that discussions can be made with the necessary support to be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

8. Proper Conduct of Individuals and Student Exclusion
RAY respects our students and educators. We do not condone abusive language or behaviours towards our participants and educators. We believe very strongly in creating learning environment that is harmonious and respectful to every individual.
On unique circumstances when a child is deemed incompatible with the smooth conduct of the programme or well-being of the other participants, RAY will attempt to assist the child to the best of effort and reserves the right to exclude the child from participating in the activities. These circumstances include disruptive behaviours, bullying of other participants, and special needs not informed to RAY prior to enrolment. No refund will be made, and any costs incurred during the programme will be borne by the parents.

9. Photography and Videos
RAY will take photographs and videos of the children to update parents on the activities the children are participating.  The photos and videos taken may be used for training or/and marketing purposes.  They may be used in our marketing materials, social media platforms or/and website. If you have objections to photographs and videos being taken and used for marketing materials, please advise RAY via email at contact@rayeducators.com.sg

10. Data Protection and Personal Details
You consent to RAY for collecting, using, and retaining personal data.  The data will be used to facilitate the proper conduct of the programmes and where necessary, to comply with relevant legal or regulatory obligations of RAY. You consent to RAY for the collection, use and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.  In addition, RAY will be sharing marketing materials of our programmes with you via email, SMS, Whatsapp and other platforms.

Acknowledgement
We may modify these T&Cs from time to time on Our Website. Your signing up for our programme, shall be deemed to be your acceptance to future modification of our T&Cs.
