How Can We Help?

We recommend for your child to bring along a water-bottle, a jacket in case the class gets too cold and a small snack for your child.

If there are outdoor activities in the programme, we suggest your child brings a cap, sunblock, and put on footwears that are suitable and comfortable for the outdoors. We do not recommend slippers or sandals for outdoor activities.

RAY will provide our own T-shirts to the participants. We ask that your child wears the T-shirt during our activities.

This helps our educators to identify our participants and run the course safely and efficiently.

For Holiday Camp

If your child is unwell halfway through the camp, no refund will be given. RAY will do our best to assist your child.

For Regular Term Class

If your child is unwell, we seek your assistance to notify RAY in advance and provide the relevant medical certificate. 

A credit note will be given for the next term fee. The child is entitled to receive 1 credit note per term.

Payment is made via the website at the end of the online registration. We accept Credit Cards; Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Upon payment, an automated email confirmation of the booking will be sent to your email.

For Holiday Camp

RAY does not require payment of registration fee or deposits.

However, the programme fee needs to be paid in full to complete the enrolment for your child.

For Regular Term Class

There is registration fee and deposit for our regular term classes.

Yes, your child can join the classes, subject to availability.  

The termly course fee would be pro-rated.

RAY require a minimum of 4 students for a class to be confirmed.

In the event of low sign-ups, Ray Educators will notify the parents 7 working days prior to the class, in which case the course fee that was paid will be refunded in full to you.

The mode of refund will be via fund transfer.

As course arrangements are made and costs are incurred prior to the commencement of the programme, RAY is unable to refund for the programme that your child misses in part or in full.

If your child is unable to participate in the programme after the online enrolment, you can transfer the enrolment to another child. The transfer of enrolment must be made 14 working days prior to the commencement of the programme and additional fees may apply for the transfer-in child.
